Olive Oil Campaign 2022
From 2022 I will definitely save the oil campaign that just ended! The summer was full… sunny… hot… the irrigation of our fields was expertly managed.
The Olives were harvested as soon as they reached maturity, not yet fully ripe, medium-small in size…. but a concentration of taste without equal …
Villa Agrimare's oil is not robust, gentle, local ... it is more, it is Garganico oil, a balanced oil in which we put all our passion into it .. an explosion of fruitiness with a slightly bitter taste at times, followed by a slight tingling, which gives the oil its 100% Apulian essence :-)
